Maui wedding photographer Joe D'Alessandro provides a full range of photography services to wedding couples, advertisers, artists and families.

Born and raised in New York City, Joe moved to Maui in 1985 and opened his first photography business with his soon to be wife, Co. Together they photographed weddings and events in the finest hotels and venues in the Hawaiian Islands. Joe and Co were the first house photographers for the Four Seasons Resort in Wailea, contracted with clients such as Xerox and shot functions in such diverse places as Scottsdale Arizona and San Diego.

After more than a decade in Maui they moved to Santa Fe New Mexico where they got involved in the art world and photographed some of the finest western art, such as Georgia O'keeffe, Frederick Remington and Charlie Russell for publication and advertisement. Their clients include high profile collectors, museums, galleries and publishing houses. In addition to art, Joe created advertisements for local restaurants and galleries including artistic food shots for a book to be published by one of Santa Fe's premier eating establishments.

Returning to Maui in 2005, Joe and Co are continuing their commitment to photographic excellence in the fields of advertising, fine art portraiture and wedding photography. You can find them on Ka'anapali Beach or down in Wailea photographing excited Maui couples exchanging their wedding vows or on location at a Lahaina restaurant shooting the chef's latest Hawaiian cuisine.

Stepping up to digital photography has been a natural progression for Joe and Co. After directing a high volume digital photography and print studio for 7 years, Joe has been involved in the transformation of photography from film to digital from the beginning. Joe and Co are experts in digital photography, creating dynamic, high resolution digital images for clients reducing the time needed to go from the shoot to publication and cutting costs for advertisers.
