Maui Trash the Dress

Tuesday, December 20th, 2011

Sometimes you just gotta get wet. It’s 80 degrees, the water is perfect and that dress isn’t ever going to see the light of day again after your Maui Wedding. Why not get loose and create some fun, hot images for your album, pictures none of your friends are likely to have. We can help you set that up. A trash the dress session with a professional Maui Photographer is a fun way to capture that playful side of yourself you may have put on a shelf over the last few years. You probably won’t be on a beach this awesome for a while, might as well make the most of it! Give your Maui Wedding Photographer a call 1.800.745.0344. Let’s get wet!

Maui Wedding Photography in Makena

Wednesday, May 18th, 2011

We had another stellar day in Makena with Heather and Matt on the rolling green hills above Maui’s stunning south shore. This was obviously a couple who are very much in love. They brought their sunny dispositions along to match the sunny weather and had a great wedding ceremony. We were able to capture some sweet images that Heather and Matt will cherish for a lifetime.

Maui Commercial Photography

Saturday, July 3rd, 2010

While we spend a lot of time doing wedding photography, we are also Maui commercial photographers and enjoy the assignments that come along in that arena. Recently, we had the opportunity to do an estate in Kaanapali for magazine publication. The home was a beautiful one, with outrageous ocean and island views, where you could sit on your lanai and watch the skins tournament. We got some killer images and had a good time doing it.

Lighting and staging a house is radically different from the wedding photography we do and requires a whole host of equipment we never use on location for a beach gig. In some ways it’s easier, because the house doesn’t move around or get emotional, but in other ways it presents challenges you’ll never have at a wedding. It’s good to do different things and we’re glad to have the opportunity.
